I am a licensed psychologist in the State of New York (License #018270) with a passion for supporting individuals through life's challenges. Holding a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University at Buffalo, an accredited program through the American Psychological Association, I am committed to evidenced-based practice and life long learning.
My clinical expertise includes body positivity and eating disorders, grief and loss, anxiety, fertility challenges, perinatal and postpartum mood concerns, parenting needs, self-concept and identity development, perimenopause, and general coping skills. I integrate tools focused on sleep health, nutrition, and movement and address communication and boundary skills. I offer support in an individual and setting, tailoring my approach to meet each person's unique needs and coordinate and refer to colleagues and professionals in the community.
With a cognitive behavioral orientation, I utilize interventions grounded in mindfulness, positive psychology, wellness, and narrative therapy. My goal is to empower clients to cultivate resilience and foster personal growth. I am involved in the professional community as a member of the American Psychological Association, New York State Psychological Association, Psychological Association of Western New York, and Postpartum Support International.
