I know therapy is an investment, and I don’t take that lightly. My self-pay model allows me to provide high-quality, individualized care while also keeping some reduced-fee slots open for those who truly need them. I encourage clients to pay the highest rate they can manage, which helps sustain this balance.
I recognize that cost can be a real barrier, and while I can’t always offer reduced rates, I’m happy to help connect you with providers who take insurance or have other pricing options.
Your well-being matters, and so does the value of this work. My goal is to offer care in a way that is both ethical and sustainable—for you, for me, and for the larger therapy community.

Payment is due at the end of each session. Receipts will be available on the portal and superbills are available upon request.
Most major credit cards, HSA/FSA account fund cards, cash, and checks are accepted.
Open and direct communication about billing is essential to maintain our working relationship. Please talk with me about questions and concerns so we can address them together.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in writing at the start of our work and appropriately on an annual basis. You can also ask me for a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have a right to dispute the bill.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
