Kind & Inclusive Individual Therapy
Honestly, I want to know.
While you may feel like you can do it all on your own, you don’t have to. I work with individuals through the messy and meaningful moments of life to enhance coping skills, cultivate mindfulness, and strengthen resilience.
Individual therapy sessions are available in-person in Buffalo, NY or online.
Hi! How are you really doing?

A Space for Honesty, Growth, & Change
Whether you're facing a tough season, preparing for change, or trying to make sense of your story, you deserve support. Therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis—it’s for anyone who wants to show up more fully for themselves.
I specialize in mindfulness-based, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity shifts, and hormonal or reproductive changes. I work with individuals navigating perinatal and postpartum challenges, fertility and infertility, perimenopause, and caregiver burnout or role overload.
Doing the work in therapy takes courage. It means looking at yourself with honesty, exploring difficult emotions, and learning to quiet inner criticism. Together, we'll create a space where you can take the filters off, reconnect with your values, and grow into your most grounded, authentic self.
Using evidenced informed tools from CBT, narrative therapy, and positive psychology, we’ll build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you meet life’s challenges with tools that foster lasting wellness—and create space for joy, even in the hard moments.

My Approach
I take a prevention and wellness-based approach that honors the mind-body connection and supports emotional well-being. Many clients come to therapy struggling with anxiety, low mood, motivation, or a loss of joy and direction. Grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology, I focus on the power of self-talk, values alignment, and a growth mindset. I also integrate mindfulness, narrative therapy, and attachment-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change.
