Therapy in Buffalo, NY

In-Person or Online

Offering a supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard as you work toward reconnecting with yourself.

The pandemic highlighted the importance of human connection. While technology offers efficiencies, it can sometimes reduce meaningful interactions—like self-checkout, which I’ll admit is convenient at times! We’re also surrounded by apps and devices that track behaviors and health trends, often without clear guidance on how to interpret or use that information.

Therapy offers the invaluable support of working with a real person in real time (not AI!) who understands your unique needs and can tailor tools to support your growth. Rather than sorting through endless social media advice or self-help books, therapy focuses on what works specifically for you. It takes courage, time, energy, and resources to show up for yourself and embrace vulnerability. I’m here to honor your efforts and provide a supportive, human connection in a world that often feels fast-paced and disconnected.

I am a licensed psychologist based in Buffalo, New York, offering individual therapy in-person and online (NYS residents only).
