Kind & Inclusive Individual Therapy

Hi! How are you really doing?

Honestly, I want to know.

While you may feel like you can do it all on your own, you don’t have to. I work with individuals through the messy and meaningful moments of life to enhance coping skills, cultivate mindfulness, and strengthen resilience.

Individual therapy sessions are available in-person in Buffalo, NY or online.

A Space for Honesty, Growth, & Change

Whether you’re here to navigate a tough season, make sense of your story, or get ahead of the changes you see coming, you deserve support. Therapy isn’t just for crisis moments; it’s for everyone. If you are ready and able to show up for yourself and the people in your life, therapy can help you gain clarity, strength, and deeper self-understanding.

Doing the work in therapy isn’t easy. It takes courage to look at yourself honestly, explore emotions, and practice mindfulness. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real—with yourself and with me. Using evidence-based tools, we’ll build resilience, develop meaningful coping strategies, and help you move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges with a focus on lasting wellness and joy.

  • My Approach

I take a prevention and wellness-based approach to strengthen the mind-body connection and address common challenges like anxiety, low mood, lack of motivation, and reduced joy. As a cognitive-behavioral therapist with a focus on positive psychology, I emphasize the power of self-talk and a growth mindset, integrating mindfulness and narrative techniques into our work to foster meaningful change.

  • Let's Connect

When you reach out, we’ll schedule a brief phone consultation to discuss your needs, goals for therapy, and any questions you have about my practice. From there, we can decide if it feels like a good fit and set up an appointment to get started.

You’re welcome to contact me by email, text, or voicemail—just include your name, number, and the best times to reach you. Email is usually the quickest way to coordinate. I look forward to connecting with you!

  • Sessions

In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to explore your needs in depth. I’ll share initial insights and a proposed roadmap for our work together. It’s important to reflect on this and consider if my approach and our connection feels right for you.

Sessions are 45–50 minutes and typically scheduled biweekly. Our time together provides a supportive space to navigate your concerns, build coping tools, and receive personalized care to support your growth.
