Licensed Psychologist in Buffalo, New York
Everything may look fine on the outside—but inside, you’re holding a lot.
Many people I work with seem to have it all together, yet quietly feel stretched thin—questioning if they’re truly “enough.” They carry invisible responsibilities, are navigating major shifts in relationships, identity, or life roles, and long to feel grounded.
You don’t have to manage it alone.
I help individuals work through life’s messy and meaningful moments—strengthening resilience, cultivating mindfulness, and reclaiming presence—so they can reconnect with themselves and the people who matter most.
Individual therapy sessions are available in-person in Buffalo, NY or online.

Therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis—it’s for anyone who wants support in showing up more fully for themselves.
My practice often centers on anxiety, grief, and burnout. I have expertise in supporting body image concerns, disordered eating, and fertility, maternal, and postpartum health. I walk alongside women through the hormonal shifts of puberty, perimenopause, and menopause. I also support parents and caregivers navigating daily demands, as well as high-achieving students, athletes, and professionals who appear to have it all together while quietly questioning if they’re enough. With a mindfulness-based, trauma-informed approach, I help clients meet these moments with compassion, clarity, and resilience.
Doing the work in therapy takes courage. It means looking at yourself with honesty, exploring difficult emotions, and learning to quiet inner criticism. Together, we'll create a space where you can take the filters off, reconnect with your values, and grow into your most grounded, authentic self.
My goal is to help you meet life’s challenges with tools that foster lasting wellness—and create space for joy, even in the hard moments.
